Tenant Protection Program and Admin Fee

Storage Protection Plan (required unless customer provides acceptable proof of coverage naming Lasso Self Storage and indicating that their coverage includes off site self storage):

• Plans start at $12/month and cover the same perils across all tiers: weather, building collapse, water damage, pest damage, vandalism/theft.
• $12/month → up to $2,000 coverage
• $15/month → up to $3,000 coverage
• $20/month (Top level) → up to $5,000 coverage
• For coverage over $5,000, customers can inquire with our manager.

Using your own insurance instead:

Customers may provide their own coverage in lieu of the tenant protection plan by uploading a declaration page during checkout. The declaration must show coverage for off-site self-storage and name Lasso Self Storage on the policy.

All plan tiers cover the same types of events; the only difference is the coverage limit.

Fees:

• Admin Fee: $25 – Includes complementary disc lock.
